  • Additional delays could occur in unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, or the Restaurant Partner’s inability to fulfill the order. Actions like requesting the Delivery Partner to delay or being unresponsive to calls may further impact delivery timelines.

  • Pocket Saver application platform offers real-time order tracking to monitor delivery progress.

Delivery Charges Policy

  • You may be charged a delivery fee of up to 15 INR, determined by the Restaurant Partner, Store, or Delivery Partner. This fee is influenced by factors such as order value, delivery distance, and time of day. Triple Five Solutions will notify you of applicable charges before completing your order, and you are responsible for paying these fees.

Delivery Surge Charges

  • In addition to the base delivery fee, additional surge charges may apply based on factors such as distance, demand, traffic conditions, weather, or seasonal peaks. These charges are set by the Delivery Partner, Restaurant Partner, or Store and are collected by Triple Five Solutions on their behalf.

Order Acceptance and Modification
