Order Cancellation & Refunds policy

Order cancellation:

  • Pocket Saver shall confirm and initiate the execution of your order initiated by You upon receiving the confirmed order from You for the same. If you wish to cancel your order you can do so by calling us directly on our official customer contact number – 9896588363

    1. Cancellation Requirements

    • Customers can cancel their orders within 5 minutes of order placement.

    • After the initial 5-minute window, order cancellation is not permitted.

    2. Cancellation Fees

    • No cancellation fees will be charged for orders canceled within the 5-minute timeframe.

    • Cancellations beyond 5 minutes are not allowed, and no refunds will be issued.

    3. Cancellation Procedure

    • Customers can cancel their orders within the eligible timeframe through one of the following methods:

      • Use our customer support WhatsApp number (7404454469), which is available in the Pocket Saver customer application.

      • Call our customer support hotline (9896588363), and our team will assist with the cancellation process.

  • Pocket Saver may cancel the order initiated by You on the Platform, if:

    • The designated address to avail the Pocket Saver Services provided by You is outside the service zone of Pocket Saver.

    • Failure to get your response via phone or any other communication channel at the time of confirmation of the order booking.

    • If the order list involves the medicines for which a medical prescription prescribed by a medical practitioner is required and for which You have not provided such medical prescription or provided an invalid medical prescription.

    • Information, instructions and authorisations provided by You is not complete or sufficient to execute the order initiated by You on the Platform.

    • If in case of Authorized Merchants, the Authorized Merchant outlet is closed.

    • If order is requested at the time out of the pre-defined “Delivery Slots”

    • If any Item for which You have initiated the order request is not in stock with the Merchant.

    • If the order cannot be completed for reasons not in control of Pocket Saver.

Refund Scenarios:

  • Order Issues

    • If your order is incorrect, missing items, or the food quality is unsatisfactory, you can request a refund or replacement.

    • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the request.

  • Delayed or Missing Orders

    • In case of significant delays or non-delivery, Pocket Saver may provide refunds or credits in the form of discount coupons.

    • Refunds or credits will be processed within 24-48 hours of verifying the issue.

Important Note: The specific refund amount and eligibility can vary depending on the restaurant's policies, the reason for the refund, and the terms and conditions mentioned at the time of placing the order.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Open the Pocket Saver app and reach out to customer support via the available WhatsApp button.

  • Clearly state the reason for your refund request.

  • Provide the necessary order details to help verify your request.
